Good morning class. MEMORY DEMO (PERIODIC TABLE OF ELEMENTS) General Instructions: 1. Recite the first 60 elements in the Periodic table. 2. In an increasing order, state the atomic number, symbol, and name of the element. 3. Time limit: Maximum of 5 minutes. 4. You must be blindfolded (black or dark color) while carrying out the activity. 5. Be sure that you'll speak loudy and clearly enough. 6. No notes, no coaching, or any forms of cheating. This will result to a failing grade. 7. Upload your recorded video in our LMS. 8. You will be graded on a pass/fail basis. 9. 8. FINAL EXAMINATION IN GENERAL CHEMISTRY 1

Hello, mga ka-Chem! This will be our final exam in SCIENCE 7 (GENERAL CHEMISTRY I). Again, each of you will take this test individually without supervision but it is still your responsibility to ensure HONESTY and to avoid CHEATING. A. Type of test: 10-ITEM MULTIPLE CHOICE (2 POINTS EACH) PROBLEM SOLVING (2 POINTS EACH QUESTION) B. Time limit: 1 HOUR ONLY C. Total number of items: 15 D. Total score: 60 D. Passing score: 45 IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 1. Secure a good internet connection. 2. Turn on your LMS to dark mode to prevent problems regarding the visibility of texts. 3. Avoid any forms of cheating. This will result to automatic failure in the final exam. 4. In a sheet of paper, present a detailed solution in each problem for credit. no solution, no marks. Upload your worksheets on the dropbox right after the exam. 5. You are only allowed to access this exam once. 6. Take note your answers for back up in the event of internet loss. 7. Review your answers before clicking the "finished" button. 8. To avoid instances of more than correct answer; a.) round up to two decimal places if necessary both in the solution and the final answer, and b.) do not include the unit in typing in your answers in the LMS. However, in your solvings assure that units are included.
